Responsibilities

Engage with Mid-Level donors over the phone, via email, and through other communication techniques.

Help donors understand how their support furthers the mission of the organization and fulfill their philanthropic goals.

Make upwards of 175 – 200 phone calls a week.

Required

Prior Major Gift Officer, Mid-Level Donor or Development experience required

Must have prior experience working with a nonprofit organization cultivating donors

Strong interpersonal communication skills and self-motivation skills are a must

Excellent time management skills and problem-solving skills are required

Excellent listening skills required

Must be able to work flexible hours. Mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)

Make upwards of 175 – 200 phone calls a week

Be willing to pray from the heart based on Donor’s needs and take prayer requests

Preferred

Call Center Experience preferred

Salesforce experience preferred but not required
