Responsibilities
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user flow diagrams to understand and cater to our end-users’ needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for ServiceNow modules and applications.
Design Iteration: Test designs with real users, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly to improve UI/UX.
Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design vision is executed accurately in the final product.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow UI capabilities and updates to ensure our designs are always aligned with what's possible on the platform.
Documentation: Maintain design documentation, including style guides and user experience guidelines.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a demonstrable portfolio of projects.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a strong desire to dive deep into the platform.
Proficiency in Figma, other design tools are a plus.
Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions and processes to non-design stakeholders.
Preferred
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap (beneficial, but not mandatory).
