Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate new leads through a combination of cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries. Focus on building a strong pipeline within the Mid Market segment.
Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and create customized proposals to close sales. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings and market trends to effectively position solutions to potential clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Track all sales activities and progress in the CRM to ensure proper forecasting and pipeline management.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Required
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally focused on the Mid Market segment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
