Responsibilities

Research and find strong clients that fit Chef’s Ideal Customer Profile.
Figure out the right individuals and titles at prospective clients who are relevant to reach out to.
Conduct individual account research to collect more information and understand their needs.
Find or guess the individual’s email, send a personalized email to the individual, and follow up as necessary.
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
Arrange introductory calls with sales team to qualify opportunities and share the background of Chef with prospects
Gather pertinent discovery information from the prospect and document it.
Provide thorough information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive opportunity handoff.
Connect, promote, and market Chef through consistent engagement with top prospective accounts.
Maintain all activity, account, contact, and opportunity information accurately in HubSpot.

Required

3+ years of enterprise inside sales or business development-related sales experience
Familiarity with selling SaaS-based products and solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
Proven track record demonstrating the ability to articulate complex issues clearly via phone and email
Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships
Must be self-motivated, persistent, resilient, and able to work independently

Preferred

Working knowledge of warehouse automation, logistics, and / or robotics
CRM experience with HubSpot
Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Klenty and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
