Required
Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
5+ years of related civil design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
Proficient with relevant software such as Civil 3D
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
Ability to organize a team toward the project goal and to delegate responsibilities to achieve the goals.
Preferred
PE License is a strong plus
Civil 3D: 5 years (Preferred)
