Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Loan Origination and Portfolio Support Specialists, to include hiring, onboarding, training, and regular coaching.
Ensure that team deliverables are met in a timely manner and to a high degree of accuracy.
Critically evaluate current procedures for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, particularly seeking ways to create capacity within the Credit Delivery organization.
Serve as a liaison between and engage with leaders in Portfolio Administration, Portfolio Management, Loan Operations, Compliance, Audit, and Technology.
Maintain Subject Matter Expertise and ensure that credit file standards, approval/closing/ funding deliverables, and regulatory requirements are being met and managed properly.
Contribute to, manage, and/or lead special projects as needed including but not limited to process/system enhancement workstreams, audit/review remediations, and larger scale documentation/data requests.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8 to 10 years of experience in risk, operations, administration, and/or project management
Strong analytical and organizational skills or highly specialized skill set
Highly motivated professional with well-developed verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Adept with Microsoft Office products
Language Fluency: English (Required)
Preferred
10 to 15 years of experience in risk, operations, administration, and/or project management
Proficiency with Truist bank operating systems inclusive of AFS Vision and other Wholesale applications (i.e. Salesforce, nCino, Moody’s Credit Lens, PPM)
