Plan for and support migration efforts from the State's current immunization information system (IIS) to a newly developed system
Planning for communications, staffing, data migration, training, and a migration schedule

Required
Experience with project management and/or business analysis.
Experience working on health information system project(s).
Experience with IIS, IIS migration, and/or data migrations between systems.
Experience performing structured IT system evaluations.
Experience utilizing the on project(s).
Experience facilitating or leading activities to form common understanding and consensus around issues.
