Responsibilities
Collaborating with design and product teams to understand requirements.
Developing new features for web and mobile applications using technologies like React, GoNative, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Optimizing our applications for performance and scalability on both web and mobile platforms.
Conducting code reviews and implementing best practices to ensure code quality.
Testing and debugging our applications to ensure functionality and the user experience meet expectations.
Collaborating with our cross-functional team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Participating in agile development practices such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Documenting code.

Required
Extensive experience in web development, mobile development, and cross-platform development.
Proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality web and mobile applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with tools like Median/GoNative for converting our website into a mobile app.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our cross-functional teams.
Ability to optimize mobile app performance and user experience.
Knowledgeable of security practices and data protection in web and mobile development.
Preferred
Prior experience in developing and implementing push notification features.
Experience in leading development teams or projects.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Background in optimizing mobile app performance and user experience.
Knowledge of cloud services and serverless architecture.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in mobile app development.
