Responsibilities

Execute and manage manual testing processes including test planning, case creation, execution, and defect tracking.

Perform hands-on testing of web and mobile applications across various platforms (Android and iOS) to ensure optimal performance and usability.

Conduct database testing with a solid understanding of database concepts.

Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and functionality.

Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions.

Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable test cases, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and system functionalities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement capture.

Utilize test management and bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms for tracking progress and managing defects.

Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Exhibit strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Understand QA fundamentals, including the bug life cycle process and software quality assurance best practices.

Communicate proactively with project stakeholders and clients to address issues and resolve impediments to testing efforts.
