Responsibilities

Collect and document business requirements for installing and configuring Zero Touch Mobility
Map existing and Design/document target workflows in collaboration with customers and sales teams
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for developers
Perform functional and UAT testing of the application to ensure it meets customer needs
Create comprehensive customer-facing documentation, including user guides and administrative manuals
Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions for mobility managers, power users, and administrators
Support change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including proof of concepts, pilots, and full deployments
Provide feedback to the product team to drive product improvements and simplify deployment processes
Support solution consultants during RFP and customer engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or mobility management
Strong understanding of mobile device management, lifecycle workflows, and related technologies (Enterprise Mobility platforms (EMM/UEM and EEP), Enterprise Mobility Strategies (e.g. COPE, BYOD) and service providers (Telecom Carriers))
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools
Basic understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging training sessions

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified
Project management certification
Experience in agile project management methodologies
Advanced degree or certification is a plus
Project management certification a strong plus
