Responsibilities

Provide technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of company technical products, programs, and systems.

Resolve technical problems, troubleshoot products, and modify them to customer requirements.

Provide training to customers.

Create, analyze, and manage computer models and virtual environments for C4I software and systems.

Create, test, and validate simulation components of a complex mission system during operations.

Confer with a broader engineering team regarding anomalies in system operation and provide root cause analysis.

Willingness to travel periodically to remote locations, some in austere conditions.

Obtain required medical clearance for these locations.
