Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to the Microsoft stack.

Provide technical support and collaborate with internal and external engineering teams.

Support multiple projects involving Intune, Azure, and M365.

Migrate clients to fully Intune-managed endpoints and services.

Monitor the health & performance of client applications and infrastructure.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.

Collaborate with customers to define and implement modern workplace strategies.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Create and maintain documentation for supported technologies.

Ensure compliance across all Intune-managed devices.

Lead technology discussions and assist in product development.

Provide technical support and training for Tier I and Tier II personnel.

Identify and implement internal process improvements.

Research and recommend innovative approaches to reduce manual processes.

Required

2-4 years’ Engineering-level experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Windows-based applications such as M365, Teams, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Intune software administration, device configuration profiles, app protection policies, app configurations, compliance, conditional access policies, PowerShell, custom roles, storage containers, EntraID, and automation features.

Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment while at the same time being able to work independently to complete deliverables often with tight deadlines.

Ability to work well under pressure and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and management tasks.

Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and solutions.

Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and practices.

Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

Must be willing to travel.

Preferred

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or similar preferred.

Working knowledge of Teams, Teams Voice, SharePoint, & Copilot is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
