Responsibilities
Attend 6 bi-weekly virtual cohort sessions.
Complete weekly assignments and 1:1 check-ins during alternating working weeks to deepen learning and apply concepts in real time.
Plan for about 3-5 hours per week to level up your skills and impact.
Come prepared to participate thoughtfully in discussions, share ideas, and learn collaboratively.
Balance your existing responsibilities with program deliverables.
Develop a project and complete practical exercises to apply your learning.
Prepare to plan and implement impactful advocacy initiatives on your campus or in your community.
Have access to a computer and stable internet connection to fully participate in virtual sessions and complete program requirements.

Required
College students (undergrad or grad) and early-career campus staff.
Changemakers passionate about basic needs, higher education equity, civic engagement, and social justice.
Leaders ready to dream big, think critically, and get hands-on with the work that matters.
Active Engagement: Come prepared to participate thoughtfully in discussions, share ideas, and learn collaboratively.
Independent Work: Balance your existing responsibilities with program deliverables. You’ll develop a project and complete practical exercises to apply your learning.
