Responsibilities
Provide leadership, management and support to M&E teams to support the implementation of an M&E capacity development plan for Anova and Department of Health staff.
Support activities to improve data literacy of clinical staff through a hybrid learning approach that includes virtual and in-person learning.
Facilitate a combination of 'soft skills' (management, leadership, communication) and technical skills (data analysis, Excel and PowerBI, data systems, reporting).

Required
Master’s degree in Public Health, marketing, communications, project management, or other relevant field
Expertise in social behavior change communication (SBCC), social marketing
2-3 years of project management experience
