Responsibilities

Speak with warm lead, pre-approval borrowers via phone and secure a great rate on their mortgage by pairing them with one of our lender partners

Effectively balance the volume of leads you take with the quality of those leads (i.e. converting leads)

Play an integral role in the evolution of our business to a lean, mean lead-generating machine, unlocking our potential to grow and to help as many borrowers as possible secure a mortgage

Deliver high quality, engaged customers to our lender clients

Navigate unforeseen challenges or changes and adapt to organizational and position adjustments

Independently pick up new tools and systems quickly

Implement timely interventions to expedite the pre-approval transfer process and consistently meet pre-approval targets

Build rapport quickly, understand borrowers’ unique needs and preferences, and articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner
