Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Loan Officers and support staff.

Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Drive branch growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate leads.

Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as company policies.

Monitor branch operations to optimize efficiency and productivity, implementing best practices.

Manage your own P&L for your team, analyzing performance metrics and developing strategies to achieve financial targets.

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure profitability.

Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and support for clients throughout the loan process.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers or team members.
