Respond to a variety of incoming customer telephone calls related to servicing mortgage loans in a call center environment
Respond to customers' inquiries and communicate information in an effective manner
Collect mortgage payments
Process payments
Offer/update customer expenses

Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Background Check Required.
Must Submit to a drug screen.
Excellent communication skills.
Wired High-Speed Internet Connection (No WiFi. 25MBps Download / 10Mbps Upload). You will be asked to submit a wired speed test to verify.
Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone.
Ability to problem solve.
