Responsibilities
Prepare and review mortgage loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Monitor loan closings and fundings to ensure all timelines are met and transactions are completed efficiently.
Coordinate with warehouse banks, investors and title companies to facilitate a smooth mortgage loan closing and funding process.
Verify loan files for compliance with regulatory guidelines and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain and update systems of record with post closing details
Assist in managing loan pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
Collect, organize, and review documentation from borrowers and third parties to complete loan files.
Correspond with borrowers to provide updates, request required documents, and ensure a smooth loan experience.
Support loan officers by handling administrative tasks and maintaining a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Required
Proven experience in mortgage loan closing and/or disclosure review.
Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with borrowers and third parties.
Experience coordinating with title companies to facilitate successful closings.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with loan processing software and tools is a plus.
