Required
Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
Proficiency in underwriting process and procedures
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with loan underwriting software systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role and relevant certifications a plus
