Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs and goals.
Educate clients on available mortgage products and recommend the best fit.
Manage the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Work closely with underwriters and processors to expedite approvals and closings.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
NMLS licensure required.
Preferred
At least 1 year of Residential Mortgage Loan Origination Preferred.
