Responsibilities

Managing a loan pipeline by meeting deadlines reflected in real estate contracts and working within management established turnaround times

Working effectively with internal loan officers, underwriters, and closers

Understanding Conventional and Government guidelines

Calculating various forms of income

Ordering and reviewing appraisal and title reports

Collecting, reviewing, and indexing acceptable documentation in a timely manner

Understanding AUS feedback

Contacting borrowers, realtors, title agents, etc. with a phone call-first mentality

Ensuring that all loans are cleared and released to the closing department with adequate time to meet the expected closing date

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, in addition to company policies and procedures

Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity in all internal and external interactions with employees and customers.

Ensuring that data integrity exists with every transaction.

Performing other duties as assigned
