Responsibilities

Develop and document test strategy and execution plan based on the functionality offered by DMI and an understanding of operating procedures aligned to those

Create base test scripts and scenarios to test out all the FIS to DMI conversion facets, as tailored to expected client experience

In accordance with the agreed upon strategy and plan, support the execution of functional testing activities which may include the below:

Perform testing along with company testers. Test team size and composition to be defined in the test plan.

Provide testing guidance to unfamiliar users.

Facilitate defect triage process and oversee remediation timelines and scope.

Support remediation and retesting testing where required

Define and track UAT execution metrics to monitor execution and defect resolution performance.

Test Strategy and Plan

Agreed upon volume of Test Scenarios and Test Scripts draft and execution

Defect tracking and remediation support

Re-testing of all required fixes for launch..

Observations and recommendations as it pertains to assessment of defects for impacts to business operations

Required

4 to 5 years of experience working in Mortgage Servicing doing UAT Testing

Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or SharePoint

Must be able to work independently

Well versed in performing design assignments

Working knowledge of mortgage servicing

Preferred

Prior mortgage servicing industry experience

MSP knowledge
