Responsibilities
Design engaging visual content for long & short form, educational videos/animations.
Collaborate with a team to develop high-quality, creative assets for instructional content.
Showcase a strong understanding and creative application of key design principles.
Own creative asset development process from start to finish.
Collaborate with animators and coordinate efficient asset handoffs.
Be able to interpret strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals to that strategy.
Create graphic elements as needed, and work with appropriate parties to ensure that design is in sync with brief.
Develop graphics that elevate the brief.
Must demonstrate a high level of graphic understanding across video platforms.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring requested assets to delivery.

Required
Ability to design static and motion graphics.
Minimum of 3 years design experience creating visual and motion graphics.
Experience designing and producing video assets.
Skilled in storyboarding, concepting, and style framing.
Strong skills in Adobe After Effects
Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse styles for a wide variety of content.
Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, formats, and best practices.
A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times.
Passionate about video content, hyper-knowledgeable about motion graphics.
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Preferred
Figma experience is valuable.
