Responsibilities
Experience architecting and providing technical guidance across multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance, Purchasing, Grants, and CRM.
Hands-on Experience with evaluation, estimation of efforts, and development of requirements to implement D365.
Working on a power platform is required.
At least three years of demonstrated knowledge and experience with Technically managing initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Successful completion of managing and leading one complete full lifecycle Dynamics 365/F&O implementation project.
Ability to organize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications (InfoPath, Lotus Notes, etc.) to PowerApps solutions.
Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power virtual agents.
Developing PowerApps Canvas apps, Power portal, PCF, and Understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services, standard/premium connectors and multiple data sources.
Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications (InfoPath, Lotus Notes, etc.) to PowerApps solutions.
Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps.
Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the ISVs that are usually implemented as part of a comprehensive business transformation solution.
Experience in LCS, Azure DevOps, VSTS, Sure Step, and industry trends to plan and track complex projects.
Knowledge of data migration and cleansing techniques.
Create build pipelines, and set up CI/CD, for continuous code deployment across environments.
Have implemented multiple integrations across systems and helped guided team(s) to achieve tasks.
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and crisis management skills and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences.
Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities.
10+ years of technical support experience, personally and leading a team preferably supporting and working in an advisory role to clients.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance, Purchasing, grants, CRM, and other complementary tools is required.
Knowledge of Helpdesk software tools for ticket tracking and knowledge base management.
Supervisory skills including managing workload and scheduling, training and mentoring, and performance management.
Commitment to strong customer service (friendly presence and helpful attitude), good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, and solid verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and curious – may require off-hours coverage and on-call duties.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to learn and share knowledge continuously.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O and at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
Good communication & presentation skills with hands-on experience conducting technical workshops with client IT teams.
Should have led the team of technical resources in medium to large-size D365 F&O implementation programs.
Well versed in Integration architecture designing, Security role & user profiling, and Data management framework.
Collaboratively work with the Offshore team for development & customizations.
Expertise in SSRS reports development, X++ coding, unit testing, and DevOps.
Hands-on experience integrating external tools using Middleware, Logic Apps & web services.
Review technical design documents for & Unit test scripts.
Hands-on in creating data packages, and building processes using DevOps, CI/CD & branching.
Need to be conversant in application testing using RSAT or any other testing tool.
