Responsibilities

Supports client with the conversion of their portfolio to a subservicers MSP Mortgage Servicing platform

Works with the client leadership team to meet project milestones related to the conversion including test strategy development, process inventory, data validation, report validation, reject tracking and resolution, UAT testing, defect triage process, remediation and retesting, and post conversion activities

Provide guidance related to all MSP functions, modules, and workflows

Required

3 years prior MSP Conversion Support experience working in the MSP implementation/conversion environment with expert knowledge of the ICE product suite

5 years residential mortgage servicing experience

Experience with functional test plan or script development and regression testing

Strong project management and technical skills

Highly analytical, able to identify and communicate gaps to process

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to successfully facilitate meeting and other collaborative discussion forums with all levels of operations and management team members
