Responsibilities
Lead the design of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Define integration architecture, security protocols, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
Ensure alignment of architecture with business goals and technical constraints.
Lead the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient use of MuleSoft tools (e.g., API-led connectivity, Anypoint Studio, etc.).
Oversee the development of APIs, microservices, and connectors within MuleSoft.
Provide hands-on technical support to development teams and perform code reviews.
Define and establish integration strategies to facilitate data flow between on-premise and cloud applications.
Develop strategies for cloud migration, API management, and automation using MuleSoft’s capabilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical leadership.
Engage with product owners, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure integrations meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Stay current with the latest MuleSoft features, releases, and integration trends to provide innovative solutions.
Recommend improvements to existing integration solutions for performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in integration and API design using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Experience in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.
Proven experience in leading integration projects and working with cross-functional teams.
In-depth understanding of API management, API gateways, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with MuleSoft tools, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Design Center, Anypoint Exchange, and Anypoint Runtime Manager.
Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols and data formats.
Strong knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB), integration patterns, and middleware platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source code version control (e.g., Git).
