Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Mulesoft integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Oversee the implementation of data standards and data quality measures to maintain the integrity of data.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure that all Mulesoft solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance requirements.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft integrations and data quality.
Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations data standards and data quality processes.
Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Participate in the planning and execution of testing and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Mulesoft integrations to ensure efficient data processing.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team success and innovation.

Required
Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Mulesoft.
Demonstrate strong expertise in designing and developing Mulesoft integrations.
Have a solid understanding of data standards and data quality principles.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Show proficiency in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
