Responsibilities
Point of contact for assigned Strategic Alliance(s) for their group cases, responsible for the day-to-day processing.
Manages work items for a variety of new business administration tasks from enrollment, submission through final disposition and acceptance of delivery requirements
Tasks include, but are not limited, to the following: Reviews electronically entered data and submitted images for life applications; identifies and resolves any discrepancies. Ensures all regulatory policies are enforced, inputs information into system as needed.
Provides up to date information regarding status of applications, outstanding requirements and guidelines.
Adheres to Service Level of Agreements (SLAs) and individual/team metrics
Provides case support to Underwriting team.
Establishes and maintains high quality customer relationships – assessing customer needs and responding to them quickly and effectively.
Works closely with the Account Managers to complete customer requests, meeting expectations with regard to timeliness and accuracy.
Develops relationships within the home office in the areas of Underwriting, Inforce Administration, Distribution, Compliance, and others to better understand and manage customer requests.
Uses problem-solving skills to address issues and escalates concerns when necessary
Interacts with Leadership to promote consistency and improve business processes.

Required
Ability to function in a fast paced and collaborative team environment with high productivity and accuracy expectations.

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Competent computer experience; demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office; the ability to utilize multiple systems and windows simultaneously.
Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and the ability to set priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment, while maintaining a self-driven mentality.
Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
Take ownership and be accountable.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 Years in multi-life new business processing or similar position.
Prior experience and/or knowledge of multi-life life insurance.
Preferred
LOMA or industry courses or certifications a plus.
FINRA licenses preferred.
