Responsibilities
Point of contact for Multi-life New Business enrollment and submission process.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Financial Professionals, their staff, and key multi-life stakeholders
Act as the subject matter expert for newly developed process, procedures and systems within new business.
Thorough understanding of life insurance and replacement regulations.
Work with leadership to help develop business processes and service standards.
Work closely with case managers to complete customer requests, meeting expectations with regard to timeliness and accuracy.
Prioritize and manage the workload for the team, meeting established Service Level Agreements.
Train associates and field on the process, setting expectations and delivering best in class service experience.
Partner with and provide case support to underwriters and case managers as needed.
Partner with distribution leadership and provide regular check-ins and share feedback with working with the firm/region.
Perform quality review of tasks performed, provide feedback to staff, and provide hands on support when necessary.
Partner with Multi-life New Business team and project team to deliver clear metrics and status of all cases
Partner with Training and Development to document procedures.
Delegate and assign work to effectively manage and prioritize the workload and additional responsibilities based on urgency and time sensitivity
Complies with all company and site policies and procedures
Remains current in profession and industry trends
Successfully completes regulatory, job training requirements, and self-development

Required
5+ years of Multi-life New Business experience.
Multi-life Product knowledge a must.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Solid understanding of life insurance business with a strong focus on multi-life new business.
Extensive knowledge of new business systems, processing, and products.
Expertise in system functionality, with experience in testing and troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate and drive a clear vision to team members.
Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills in small and large groups.
Ability to seek process improvements and embraces change willingly.
Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
Ability to work with others in a cross functional collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of Penn Mutual permanent products, processes and transactions a plus.
Knowledge of illustration systems and Cyberlife.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred
FINRA licenses preferred.
