Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of concurrent, complex projects involving technical and artistic sophistication.
Develop and produce graphic interfaces, motion graphics, audio, and video files.
Create multimedia for electronic and interactive communication, including corporate websites, multimedia sales presentations, and enterprise Web-Based Training.
Develop interactive solutions using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with offshore teams and other internal or external resources.
Ensure leadership alignment and end-user adoption through skilled client consultations and change management methodologies.
Perform requisite testing and production moves using appropriate enabling technologies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency with brand look and feel.
Prepare artwork and media for final approval and distribution.
Act as a photography, filming, and lighting expert when needed.
Consult with internal clients to determine needs and present the best alternatives.
Maintain timely direct client contact.
Serve as a consultant to project team members for visual, textual, and animated elements.
Communicate frequently and effectively with project collaborators.

Preferred
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (preferred)
5+ years of experience in a related field (7+ years in lieu of a degree)
Experience in healthcare or pharma is preferred but not required
