Ensures all copy complies with regulatory and trademark requirements.

Develops and maintains corporate messaging across all publications.

Prepares copy for final approval and incorporates requested changes.

Works independently by following guidelines and procedures to determine messaging for communication projects

Brainstorms and collaborates with the other team members to determine appropriate brand messaging for communications projects when needed

Develops copy according to existing company content/copy style and grammatical protocols

Conducts background research and develop names for brand products, programs, departments and divisions

Produces complex copy for electronic and interactive communications such as corporate web sites, intradepartmental web sites, multimedia sales presentations, print and television advertising, voice response unit, etc.

Reviews and creates internally developed projects for grammatical and factual content, and provides final proof of text

Maintains current knowledge of brand products and services as well as those of our competitors

Ensures all copy is compliant with regulatory and trademark requirements

Develops and maintains corporate messaging across all publications and corporate communications

Prepares copy for final approval. Makes changes as requested
