Responsibilities
Project Support: Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects, including site assessments, feasibility studies, and design development.
Design and Analysis: Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to develop comprehensive design solutions. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and technical documentation to support project deliverables and client communication.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on engineering designs and reports to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project-related inquiries, provide updates, and facilitate project approvals.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Must hold a valid Professional Engineer license in the state of New Jersey or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
A minimum of 3-5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development, land planning, or transportation projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software. Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to clients and team members effectively.
