Responsibilities

Perform system build and configuration in MyTime, including setting up and maintaining roles/access, system integrations, and troubleshooting

Analyze and implement system reconfigurations, such as shift differentials in hospital settings

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including integration failures and role-based access concerns

Support day-to-day technical troubleshooting, project analysis, and configuration needs

Collaborate with systems analysts to ensure seamless functionality across MyTime and UKG systems
