Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to large marquee accounts through cold calls, networking, and other prospecting methods to drive business growth.
Conduct strategic meetings to identify and meet customers’ needs.
Determine inventory allocations for availability and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with local branch teams to ensure seamless execution of fulfillment plans.
Generate and analyze reports to optimize sales pipeline management.

Required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation/logistics or related industries (8 years preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
Demonstrated track record in new business development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to present a positive and professional demeanor
Comfortable engaging with customers in face-to-face interactions
Ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows and business needs
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Finance, Management, etc.), preferred or equivalent work experience in the transportation industry
