Building long-lasting customer relationships and managing specific needs/issues.

Required
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
8+ years of experience selling to major retailers, preferably residential electrical products
Demonstrated leadership, relationship building skills, strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to successfully negotiate contracts, and effective in negotiation and problem resolution
Experience with CRM applications, preferably Salesforce
Highly motivated and able to work under own initiative; self-starter and collaborate within multiple teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English is a must
