Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the overall Sports vertical and at the customer level.
Work in close partnership with Sony territory account managers to close on opportunities and develop/cultivate customer relationships.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure achievement of an annual sales quota.
Develop and implement marketing/events plans within budget parameters.
Provide technical product information and/or product training, conduct product demonstrations, and assist customers.
Contribute regular analysis of Sports accounts and activity, conduct quarterly business reviews, and execute upon strategic sales plan with selected accounts.
Communicate industry trends and competitive information to management.
Provide customer feedback to business management on future customer needs and current product improvements.
Travel is required to meet with customers at live game events, facilities, trade shows, seminars, conferences, etc.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business management, communications or marketing is required, or equivalent.
Must have 5-7 years of related sales experience, including direct experience in the Sports vertical.
Demonstrated experience and success partnering with key decision makers and senior-level customer representatives.
Proficiency in broadcast/production industry and related products.
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies at the executive level.
Outstanding persuasion, negotiation, written communication and verbal communication skills is required.
Excellent business planning, forecasting and presentation skills.
Must be able to travel 60% of the time.
Must have high level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Production experience a plus
