Responsibilities

Agent recruiting: Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our brokers through cold calls and warm leads.

Pipeline building: Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates.

Reliability: Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents.

Collaboration: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data.

Teamwork: Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals.

Technology Adoption: Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Skype, Facetime, Webex, iProspect and Salesforce.
