Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business.
Maintain and deepen business relationships at a variety of levels for a national client base.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of products, services, and customer facing technology solutions offered by FNAS along with their features and business applications.
Understand industry and financial trends impacting FNAS and/or customers’ organizations; identify the organizational structure and functions within a business.
Applies a consultative sales approach and builds relationships that lead to new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and serve as primary point of contact for all agency-related matters.
Analyze agency performance metrics such as sales volume and retention - identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement and provide guidance to help the agencies meet their goals.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the agency experience.
Maintain weekly appointment calendar and utilize a CRM system.
Identify and recruit new agency partners that align with FNAS' target market and growth objectives; oversee the intake process for new agencies, ensuring they have everything they need to write business with the FNF Family of Companies.

Required

Experience selling title production, title automation, title plant, and/or title production software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to interpret information and apply it to the sales process.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively to ensure achievement of goals.
The determination to succeed in a results orientated environment is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Planner.
Comfort with video calls and organizing virtual meetings.
Ability to adapt to new technologies, reporting methods, and platforms.
3-5 years of applicable, significant sales experience.
