Responsibilities

Manage trailer reservation system for trailer hub coverage areas

Provide support to sales teams for incoming trailer reservations needs at designated email distribution groups

Assign assets for trailers being delivered to sites via USS systems (NAV, Tower, etc.)

Coordinate with Operations/Hub Manager to ensure trailers are prepared for delivery to customer sites, on trailers needing refurbishing, parts, etc, and to source assets, as needed for specific projects

Coordinate with internal/external transportation team(s) to ensure timely delivery of assets

Organize weekly inventory and check against reservation system availability

Assist hubs/branches with registration, GPS, and decal needs for assets within the coverage area

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication
