Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies that support the Practice’s objectives and enhance overall performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvements.
Work closely with other departments, including sales, client services, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and support business growth.
Oversee the allocation and management of resources to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management
At least 5 years in a leadership role within the employee benefits or insurance industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
