Responsibilities

Demonstrates effective techniques in selling business process solutions and services.
Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions.

Successful track record of establishing immediate credibility; presenting ideas to create value and challenge the status quo.
Able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and key influencers.
Achieves and exceeds revenue targets and goals consistent with the company’s strategic plans.
Applies a consultative sales approach, builds relationships that leads to new business, and expands wallet-share with existing client base.
Monitor market trends, information and technology, demonstrates a deep understanding our industry and provides superior solutions for our customers.

Required

Proven capability in growing relationships at the senior executive level and C-Suite with a national client base.
10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organizations.
Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business and expansion sales.
Successful track record of establishing immediate credibility; presenting ideas to create value and challenge the status quo.
Able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and key influencers.
Achieves and exceeds revenue targets and goals consistent with the company’s strategic plans.
Applies a consultative sales approach, builds relationships that leads to new business, and expands wallet-share with existing client base.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires a valid driver’s license.
10+ years of related experience.
Must have a proven track record of establishing new business, with a proven sales record at the senior levels in the Mortgage Servicer/Lender industry.
Willingness to travel.
