Responsibilities

Developing strategies for competing against specific competitors in the market.Align closely with Account Executives and the platform vendor’s wholesaling team to do this.

Tracking pipeline opportunities and providing product support to sales teams to help them close sales

Promoting product opportunities and delivering key updates in internal meetings with the field

Participating in positioning/solutioning for integration with key third-party entities (BenAdmins, HCMs)

Continuously updating sales messaging based on which messages are working and which are not

Developing targeted sales training programs for customer facing MetLife personnel

Working with the marketing team to develop customer retention strategies

Supporting RFP responses

Recommending and supporting collateral updates as the market develops and shifts

Required

College degree required, advanced degree a plus

Experience in sales or sales support roles

3+ years’ experience in Group Benefits
