Responsibilities
Manage day to day SRS recovery efforts
Provide timely updates in SRS system AdvantageOne and external RDN system to ensure repossession activities are actioned timely
Maintain recovery agent network in all parts of the US and resolve disputes with agents, auctions, and Customers
Review and adhere to operational guidelines, reports, and policies/procedures
Review collateral recovery activities and escalate to Manager for discussion with agents and Customers
Using time management skills to prioritize assigned duties to meet workload needs
Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
Provide ad hoc support for the team as needed

Basic computer skills and proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word required
Experience working in a fast-paced work environment required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+3 years experience in the repossession industry
Experience interacting with repossession agents
Business relationship development experience
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
