Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new enterprise clients within the restoration industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our services.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any issues or concerns.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize profitability.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Required
Proven track record as a successful national sales representative within the restoration or related industry.
Extensive network and established connections relative to the restoration industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
