Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the company’s proprietary alternative investment products, aligning with overall business objectives.
Manage regulatory requirements necessary to ensure proper compliance.
Recruit and lead a national sales team including external reps, internal reps and national accounts resources to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and COIs at Independent Broker Dealers and RIAs, including Principles, CIOs & Due Diligence Officers.
Expand the company’s distribution network by identifying and onboarding new strategic distribution partners.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote brand awareness and product offerings.

Required

Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in selling alternative investment products such as private credit and structured products primarily.
Deep understanding of alternative investments and financial markets.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Analytical and process driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales software.
FINRA Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 required

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are highly desirable.
