National Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Work closely with the manufacturer’s internal teams including marketing, production and logistics to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
Participate in cross-functional teams and meetings to provide insights and updates on sales activities and market conditions.
Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about product features, benefits and applications.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Coordinate promotional activities such as trade shows, exhibition and special sales events to generate interest and increase product visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs and concerns.
Gather and relay customer feedback to the manufacturer to help with product improvements and development.
Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads, inquiries, and orders to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturer’s product lines, including features, benefits and technical specifications.
Provide training and support to customers and dealers on product usage, installation and troubleshooting.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Negotiate and manage sales contracts, ensuring terms are clear and agreed upon by all parties.
