Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with a network of banks, attorneys, mortgage lenders, builders, and real estate agents for referrals.

Continuously explore opportunities to grow the share of external business while staying informed about the market area.

Become a member of and actively engage in professional organizations within the mortgage lending and real estate sectors.

Assess the performance of agency production staff against established production and quality targets.

Oversee and guide staff training on the efficient functioning of agency office operations.

Contribute to and support policy production and settlement activities.

Conduct regular reviews of underwriting and settlement files to ensure compliance with agency standards.

Coordinate search operations in collaboration with the Regional Operations Representative.
