Responsibilities
Conduct performance testing using Neoload to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance test results and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
Execute performance tests and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and tools in performance testing.

Required
5-8 Years Experience in Performance Testing
At least 3-4 years recent Hands-on experience with Neoload
Should be an individual contributor as well as have the ability to lead.
Strong experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics
