Responsibilities
Facilitate NetSuite integration projects, serving as the primary contact with NetSuite Support and implementation partners.
Oversee NetSuite data management, ensuring governance, control, and efficient script scheduling.
Manage user access, roles, security, profiles, and hierarchies within NetSuite.
Assist business analysts in providing end-user training and promoting best practices.
Identify and address performance gaps, both technical and business-related, by proposing and implementing dynamic solutions.
Act as the company's NetSuite subject matter expert.
Manage and test new releases and updates to NetSuite, ensuring effective rollout of new features in collaboration with the IT team.
Document company processes and workflows, engaging stakeholders in process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders using strong interpersonal skills.
Support end-user requests for new APIs, saved searches, CSV imports, reports, KPIs, fields, views, dashboards, and other objects.
Monitor and manage exception logs for system integration, end-user usage, daily scripts, and performance tracking.
Maintain and create workflows, functions, and configurations within NetSuite.
Document all technical configurations and integrations involving NetSuite.
Configure, test, and support API connections in and out of NetSuite using Celigo.
Manage data flow connections into and out of NetSuite.
Create and manage API credentials.
Ensure order data integrity in both sandbox and production environments.
Debug and resolve data integrity issues within data flows.
Provide support for data mapping and custom field data population as needed.

Over 5 years of experience in an ERP-related role.
Over 3 years of NetSuite Administration experience.
Experience in business systems analysis and development.
