Responsibilities

Administer and configure NetSuite, including custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, and reports

Manage financial projects, focusing on migrations and implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Provide expertise in FP&A processes, helping to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities within NetSuite

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices

Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance

Support and train users on NetSuite functionalities, addressing any system-related inquiries

Oversee integration of NetSuite with other CRM and ERP systems to streamline operations

Work with international subsidiaries (EMEA, APAC) to ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and practices

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a focus on financial projects and implementation

Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial reporting within NetSuite

Proficient in configuring and maintaining NetSuite, including advanced knowledge of custom record types and data model

Experience with CRM and ERP systems, with a proven track record of successful project execution

Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining documentation standards

Knowledge of industry best practices and ability to apply them to system configuration

Experience working with international subsidiaries, particularly in EMEA and APAC region
